During the second quarter of 2022, the top 5 tools apps in Ghana showed varied performance trends in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users. Below, we break down the performance of each app based on data from Sensor Tower.

NordVPN – fast VPN for privacy saw a consistent weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $311 in the week of June 20. Weekly downloads fluctuated slightly but remained strong, with a peak of 2.0K in the week of June 13. Active users also showed a stable trend, hovering around 19K throughout the quarter.

WOT Mobile Security Protection experienced a gradual decline in weekly revenue, starting from $76 at the beginning of April and dropping to $6 by early June, before recovering to $46 by the end of June. Downloads peaked at 812 in early May, while active users saw a decrease from 2.7K in early April to just over 2.1K by the end of June.

Get Real Followers & Likes + had a notable drop in weekly revenue from $114 at the end of March to $14 by the end of June. Downloads varied, with a peak of 453 in mid-May and a low of 241 by the end of June. Active users steadily increased from 221 at the end of March to 534 by late June.
